Our team trains your bot on the content you sent, matches it to your brand, and connects your API key securely on the backend, so every conversation runs through the provider you chose.

One script tag, and you’re live

We hand you a single line of code to add to your site. Paste it in, and your fully trained, fully branded chatbot is live. The whole install takes minutes.

Handled with care, once and only once

You send us your API key a single time, over a secure channel. From there, it lives only on Convo’s backend. It’s never written into your site’s code, never visible to visitors, and never shared beyond what’s needed to run your bot.
